BRIDAL FAQ

{HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU BOOK A DAY?}
In order to maintain the high standards that have become our trademark we limit the amount of
weddings to one wedding per day.

{DO YOU COME TO MY LOCATION?}
With our convenient on-location services, we bring the salon to you, allowing you to save
time and relax on your wedding day. The first 30-miles (roundtrip) are complimentary. Each
mile after is calculated using the national reimbursement rate ($0.55). Special arrangements
can be made for travel outside of Norwalk, CA, nationally, and internationally.

{DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM BOOKING?}
No, there is no minimum booking required. Our main focus is always the Bride. However, we do
offer services foryour ladies for your convenience.

{DO YOU STAY FOR TOUCH UPS?}
Our Final Touch Assistance is our customer service trademark. We allow extra time to stay with
you on your special day. It is our pleasure to help you in any way.

{HOW LONG DOES SWEET TOUCH SERVICES LAST?}
Sweet Fuss will stay up to 6 hours (which includes the hair & makeup service time). After 6
hours, if you wish to have extra personal assistance, our rate is $100/hr. This generous gift to
you is a representation of our commitment to exceptional customer service. We will travel to 2
locations (in close proximity of each other). If a 3rd location is requested, then an ADDITIONAL
LOCATION FEE will apply.

{WHEN CAN I REQUEST A TRIAL?}
We recommend 2-3 months before the wedding. Our Bridal Package rates include a trial
session to be completed at an agreed date after your date is reserved. However, if you wish to
have a trial session before booking with us, the trial session rates are $150/hair OR makeup -
$250/hair & makeup and are a separate cost outside of our Bridal Packages.

{WHAT HAPPENS AT A TRIAL SESSION?}
All brides want to look perfect. A trial session will eliminate the guess work and worries on
your wedding day. This session will help us create the right look you desire for your big day.
Prior to meeting with Sweet Fuss, we request that you collect sample photos of the style of
makeup, hair, dress and wedding day colors to bring to the trial session. Having your veil and
hair accessories is recommended but not required. After the session we will do a photo session
for our records and have a collage available for your viewing. Trial sessions are by appointment
only and may incur travel fees depending on your location.

{HOW MANY TRIALS CAN I HAVE?}
The trial session is three hours and we can only accommodate one look within that time. If you
request to try other looks the fee is: $150/hair OR makeup - $250/hair & makeup. Clients
usually require only one trial session. However, if you request an additional trial session for
any reason, the additional trial fee is the same.

{CAN I HAVE MY TRIAL THE DAY OF MY ENGAGEMENT PICTURES?}
Yes, but we don't recommend it, unless you wish to have the same wedding look in your
engagement pictures. We offer separate photo session $125/hair OR makeup - $200/hair &
makeup in our Cypress location or at your location (a travel fee may apply depending on your
location.)

{WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AIRBRUSH VS. TRADITIONAL MAKEUP?}
All my clients who tried it, LOVE airbrush makeup. I’m sure you can relate to the heavy feeling
of regular foundation on your face. With airbrush makeup, it feels weightless and sheer on
your skin. Even by the end of the day, you still won’t feel like you’ve got makeup on. Airbrush
makeup also gives you a porcelain smooth look. I’ve trained with and use KETT Cosmetics.
KETT airbrush makeup is specifically designed for high-definition cameras and is the leader in
airbrush research and technology. Their makeup is designed so it won’t clog up your pores.

{WHAT COSMETIC BRANDS DO YOU USE?}
We use the top commercial & cinematic cosmetic products in the market such as
Embroylisse, Nars, Bobbi Brown, Makeup Forever, KETT, MAC to name a few.

{DO YOU OFFER FAUX LASHES?}
Yes, we offer natural lashes for all our makeup services at no additional cost (if desired).

{DO YOU USE HAIR EXTENSIONS?}

We will apply the hair extension on the trial and/or the wedding day at no additional cost.
Please purchase 100% human clip-on hair extensions. We require that you purchase your own
hair extensions and have it cut and/or colored by the time of use. We will apply the hair
extension on the trial or wedding day at no additional application cost.

{WHAT IS THE 3RD ARTIST FEE?}
For large parties, a 2nd artist may be necessary and will be brought in at the discretion of Sweet
Fuss and at no charge to the client. However, if more artist must be brought in at the client’s
request or due to timeline issues, a fee of $100/ARTIST will be charged to the client for each
additional artist. Additional artists may also be convenient when you have very little time to
get ready or wish to have a shorter preparation session for your wedding party.

{CAN I REQUEST A PRICE QUOTE?}
Yes! We do not write a contract unless you have received and approved a price quote from us.
The comprehensive quote will include all fees and an estimated wedding day timeline. We
recommend that you have your wedding location(s) and photographer booked prior to
requesting a quote from us.

{WHEN SHOULD I REQUEST AN AGREEMENT?}

It is highly recommended that you book our services six months in advance. We do not “hold”
dates; dates are only guaranteed with a contract and deposit.

{CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT?, (E.G. ADDING/REMOVING SERVICES}
CHANGES TO LOCATIONS OR TIMELINE}
Yes! You may request a “Contract Addendum Form” from us every time you need to change the
contract. All revisions must be made in writing and requires a signature approval from both
parties. The deadline for the last revision to the contract is 30 days prior to the wedding date. All
revisions will be subject to price change and timeline adjustments.

{WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?}
Cancellations must be made in writing via email/mail. There will be no refund of the $250
booking deposit. If Sweet Fuss is not notified about a cancellation via email/mail then the Client
is responsible to pay for the total investment agreed on in the service agreement. Sweet Fuss
appreciates at least a 30-day cancellation notice.
Sweet Fuss Cancellation: In the very unlikely event that Sweet Fuss may need to cancel due to
extraordinary circumstances, Sweet Fuss will notify the client via email/mail and refund the
deposit and all monies received
