Privacy at a glance
Sweet Fuss collects information that people choose to provide, such as contact and event details, and information generated when people use this website, such as device, page, referral, and advertising-attribution information. We use it to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, understand website use, and measure or advertise services where permitted.
The website uses providers including Webflow, HoneyBook, Google, and Meta. Some analytics and advertising technologies may collect information over time and across websites. The website does not provide a public customer account, and submitting an inquiry does not by itself authorize unrelated email or text-message marketing.
To ask a privacy question or make a request, email hello@sweetfuss.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to the address in Section 13.

1. Scope and responsible parties
This policy applies to personal information processed in connection with www.sweetfuss.com, inquiries, appointments, booked services, business communications, advertising, social profiles, and related interactions that link to or reference this policy.
“Sweet Fuss Hair & Makeup Artistry” is a DBA of Alpha Borriboonratana, not a DBA of Sweet Fuss, LLC. Sweet Fuss, LLC issues invoices through HoneyBook and may process contracting, payment, and related business records. In this policy, “Sweet Fuss,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Alpha Borriboonratana doing business as Sweet Fuss Hair & Makeup Artistry and, where applicable to the interaction, Sweet Fuss, LLC. This collective reference is for readability and does not change the party identified in a signed service agreement or invoice.
This policy does not replace a service agreement, media release, employment or contractor notice, or another notice presented for a specific relationship. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
Information provided directly
- Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, service or mailing address, and preferred contact method.
- Inquiry and event information: service interest, event or project type, date, location, venue, timing, party size, budget or quote information, referral source, and messages.
- Client and transaction information: consultations, preferences, service history, proposals, agreements, invoices, payment status, scheduling changes, and customer-service communications.
- Safety information supplied voluntarily: allergies, sensitivities, skin or hair conditions, or other information relevant to evaluating or providing requested services. Please do not include unrelated medical information in a general inquiry.
- Content and permissions: communications, feedback, reviews, photographs or video, and related permissions or releases when separately provided or agreed. An inquiry alone does not grant portfolio or advertising rights.
- Communication choices: marketing permission, unsubscribe requests, consent records, and suppression status when those features are offered.
Payment credentials are submitted to HoneyBook or its payment providers rather than directly to the public Sweet Fuss website. Sweet Fuss may receive billing details, transaction status, and related records.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, language, and screen information;
- pages and content viewed, links or buttons selected, timestamps, referral and landing pages, and engagement information;
- cookies, pixels, tags, local-storage identifiers, advertising identifiers, campaign parameters, click identifiers, and conversion or attribution events;
- website performance, resource, error, security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention signals; and
- contact information associated with a conversion when an enabled advertising-measurement feature, such as Google enhanced conversions, collects and transforms that information.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from HoneyBook and related booking or payment providers; Webflow; Google and Meta advertising or analytics services; referral sources, venues, planners, clients, and coordinators; review and social platforms; fraud and security providers; and public sources or a person authorized to provide the information.
If you provide information about another person, you should have authority to do so and should direct that person to this policy when appropriate.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- receive, evaluate, route, and respond to inquiries;
- communicate about availability, consultations, quotes, appointments, services, changes, and support;
- create and manage HoneyBook contacts, projects, proposals, agreements, invoices, payments, and service records;
- provide, personalize, coordinate, and improve requested services;
- process transactions, maintain financial and business records, and address disputes or chargebacks;
- operate, maintain, secure, debug, and protect the website, forms, and provider connections;
- detect fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents;
- understand website performance and use, and measure referrals or advertising;
- support advertising audiences, personalization, or remarketing where permitted by law and applicable choices;
- maintain privacy, consent, suppression, and legal-hold records; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not intend to use voluntarily provided allergy or sensitivity information to create advertising audiences.
4. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and online tracking
The website and embedded experiences may use necessary, functional, analytics, performance, personalization, and advertising technologies. Providers observed or used include Webflow Analyze or Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google call-conversion tools, Meta Pixel, HoneyBook, reCAPTCHA, Elfsight or review services, and font providers. Embedded HoneyBook experiences may also use their own analytics, fraud-prevention, performance, and security providers.
Google enhanced conversions and enhanced conversions for leads have been enabled, and Google may create conversion-based customer lists. Meta may receive browser or server event information and may use website or engagement audiences. These tools may receive identifiers, device and browser data, page and referral information, campaign or click information, interaction data, and conversion information.
Sale and sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising and measurement providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws, depending on the law, contracts, configuration, and use.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: There is no universally adopted response standard for legacy Do Not Track signals. At the date of this policy, this website does not have a verified browser-level control that reliably changes all Google, Meta, Webflow, HoneyBook, or other third-party behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Third parties may therefore collect information about activities over time and across websites when their technologies load. You may send an advertising or privacy request using the methods in Section 13. We will update this policy after a tested website preference control is implemented.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- website, hosting, infrastructure, form, and security providers, including Webflow;
- inquiry, CRM, scheduling, contract, invoice, payment, and client-experience providers, including HoneyBook;
- analytics, advertising, attribution, optimization, and social providers, including Google and Meta;
- fraud, spam, observability, performance, review, font, and content providers;
- artists, assistants, contractors, venues, planners, or service partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate or deliver requested services;
- attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers;
- authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for law, safety, rights, investigations, or claims;
- participants in a lawful business transaction, subject to appropriate protections; and
- other recipients at your direction or with your permission.
6. Communications
Providing contact information in an inquiry permits Sweet Fuss to respond about that inquiry. Service communications, appointment reminders, and marketing are different purposes.
- An inquiry does not by itself authorize unrelated email or SMS marketing.
- Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required.
- Service-related texts may be sent manually from a number separately provided during the client relationship. The public (844) 888-8711 number is a voice line and is not presented as a texting channel.
- Manual service texting does not create consent for promotional texting.
- An opt-out from marketing does not prevent necessary communications about an active request, appointment, transaction, safety issue, or legal matter.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. The period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a booking, the relationship duration, contract and payment records, tax and insurance obligations, dispute or limitation periods, fraud and security needs, privacy and suppression records, provider capabilities and backup cycles, and legal holds.
We use administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information in a manner appropriate to its nature and the business. No transmission, service, or storage system is completely secure, and this policy does not guarantee that unauthorized access can never occur.
8. Privacy choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Sweet Fuss, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information, or to object to or opt out of certain uses or disclosures.
Email hello@sweetfuss.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to the address in Section 13. Describe the request and the interaction to which it relates. We may need to verify identity or authority, clarify the request, keep information when an exception applies, or retain a minimal suppression record so that an opt-out remains effective.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority, and the individual may need to verify identity directly.
9. California Privacy Notice and Notice at Collection
Coverage statement. Current records do not establish that Alpha Borriboonratana's DBA or Sweet Fuss, LLC meets the thresholds for treatment as a “business” subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. This section provides information to California residents and describes requests Sweet Fuss will consider voluntarily or honor when required. It is not a concession that the CCPA applies, and it does not limit a right that applies under another law.
Current records also do not support a statement that advertising-related disclosures can never be “sharing.” We therefore disclose the current Google and Meta uses described in Section 4 instead of making an unverified “do not sell or share” promise.

Advertising disclosures and choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Identifiers and internet activity may be disclosed to Google, Meta, and similar providers for analytics, attribution, audience features, enhanced conversions, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on applicable law, some of these disclosures may be considered selling or sharing. To request that Sweet Fuss stop advertising uses associated with you, email hello@sweetfuss.com with the subject “California Privacy Request” or write to the address below. A request may not stop browser-level collection until a tested website control is implemented, and third parties may provide their own controls.
California rights if applicable
Subject to verification and exceptions, California law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive certain personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service and price without unlawful discrimination. We may verify identity and authority and may explain a denial or limitation when an exception applies.
10. Children and minors
The website is intended for adults seeking professional beauty services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization. Services for minors and use of a minor's image require an appropriate parent or guardian process where applicable.
11. External services and processing locations
The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Sweet Fuss does not control every independent third party's privacy or security practices. Review the notice that applies to the third-party service you choose to use.
Sweet Fuss does not intentionally advertise outside the United States, but visitors and providers may be located elsewhere. Sweet Fuss and its providers may process information in the United States and other places where those providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or practices. The current version will identify its effective date. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change and applicable law. A policy update does not create consent for a use that legally requires a separate choice.
