Important booking distinction
These terms govern use of the Sweet Fuss website. They do not reserve a date or replace the signed service agreement, proposal, invoice, or payment schedule provided through HoneyBook. The signed documents for a booked service govern the price, booking payment, balance, travel, cancellation, rescheduling, staffing, and other service-specific terms.
Submitting an inquiry, receiving an automated message, or visiting a thank-you page does not by itself confirm a booking.

1. Agreement and scope
These Website Terms and Service-Booking Notice (“Website Terms”) apply to www.sweetfuss.com and other Sweet Fuss webpages that link to them (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you use the Site for a company, client, wedding party, family member, or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for that person to the extent required for the interaction and to provide the information you submit.
These Website Terms govern Site use. A signed service agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, payment schedule, or offer-specific terms govern booked services. A later signed amendment controls over an earlier service document to the extent stated in that amendment.
2. Sweet Fuss identity
“Sweet Fuss Hair & Makeup Artistry” is a DBA of Alpha Borriboonratana, not a DBA of Sweet Fuss, LLC. Sweet Fuss, LLC issues invoices through HoneyBook. In these Website Terms, “Sweet Fuss,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Alpha Borriboonratana doing business as Sweet Fuss Hair & Makeup Artistry and, where applicable to the interaction or signed documents, Sweet Fuss, LLC. The signed documents identify the party responsible for a booked service.

3. Eligibility and appropriate use
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law or are using it with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, harmful, or infringing activity;
- interfere with the Site, forms, providers, security, access controls, or networks;
- introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or bypass technical restrictions;
- scrape or harvest personal information or Site content at scale without written permission;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, event details, or service needs;
- reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from protected Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization; or
- use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable burden or circumvents a published access rule.
4. Website information, inquiries, and bookings
The Site describes services, portfolio work, educational information, and possible offers. Availability, artist assignment, timing, scope, price, travel, venue fit, taxes, fees, and requirements may change and may depend on project details.
- Site content is general information and an invitation to inquire unless a current offer expressly says otherwise.
- An inquiry does not hold a date or require Sweet Fuss to accept a project.
- An automated email or thank-you page is not proof that Sweet Fuss or HoneyBook accepted an inquiry.
- A public price or service description may identify a current starting point or fixed offer, but the controlling signed documents identify the final scope and payment obligations.
- A booking is confirmed only when the required service documents are accepted or signed, the required booking payment has cleared, and confirmation is sent through the approved booking channel.
If the Site conflicts with the signed service agreement for a booked service, the signed service agreement controls unless it expressly states otherwise.
5. Intellectual property and brand rights
The Site may include text, designs, graphics, logos, service marks, photographs, video, audio, code, and other material. To the extent owned by or licensed to the applicable Sweet Fuss party, that material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
“Sweet Fuss,” “Sweet Fuss Hair & Makeup Artistry,” associated logos, and other source-identifying names or designs may function as trademarks or service marks. These Website Terms do not grant permission to use them in a way that causes confusion, implies endorsement, or misrepresents affiliation.
You may view the Site and make a limited personal copy of a page solely to evaluate Sweet Fuss services. No other license is granted by implication. Sweet Fuss does not claim ownership of third-party photographs, reviews, fonts, platform content, or other material merely because it appears on the Site.
6. Inquiries, submissions, images, testimonials, and reviews
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant Sweet Fuss a limited, nonexclusive permission to use the submission as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, provide requested services, operate and protect the relevant systems, maintain records, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the right to provide submitted content and information. Do not send unrelated medical information, confidential third-party information, unlawful material, or content you are not authorized to share.
Booking services, using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or accepting these Website Terms does not grant Sweet Fuss permission to use a person's name, likeness, photograph, video, testimonial, or private communication for a portfolio, social media, advertising, publicity, or AI training. Any such use requires separate documented authority appropriate to the content and intended use.
Reviews displayed or linked from Google, Yelp, WeddingWire, The Knot, or another service may remain subject to that platform's terms and the review author's rights. A public review or widget does not automatically grant unrestricted reuse rights.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to Webflow, HoneyBook, Google, Meta, review platforms, social networks, payment providers, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Sweet Fuss does not control an independent third party's availability, content, security, or practices, but this provision does not waive any responsibility Sweet Fuss has under applicable law.
A provider outage, failed transmission, pending payment, or error message does not confirm a booking or payment. Contact Sweet Fuss through the information in Section 14 to resolve an apparent failure.
8. Privacy and communications
The Sweet Fuss Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices. It is provided for notice and does not create consent where law requires a separate choice.
Submitting an inquiry permits Sweet Fuss to respond about that inquiry. It does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing email, automated marketing calls, or SMS marketing. Website acceptance is not SMS marketing consent.
Service-related texts may be sent manually from a number separately provided during a client relationship. These Website Terms do not publish that number, make it a legal-notice channel, or authorize promotional texting. The public (844) 888-8711 line is presented as voice-only.
9. Beauty and educational information
Site content is general beauty-service and business information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Disclose relevant allergies or sensitivities through the approved service process and consult an appropriate health professional about medical concerns.
Images and descriptions illustrate style and past work. They do not guarantee an identical result. Hair, skin, products, conditions, lighting, weather, timing, and individual features affect results.
10. Site availability and changes
Sweet Fuss may maintain, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Site content or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete operation. This section does not allow Sweet Fuss to avoid obligations in a signed service agreement.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sweet Fuss disclaims implied warranties relating to the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, except to the extent a disclaimer is prohibited or an express written warranty applies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet Fuss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Site. Liability concerning booked services is governed by the controlling signed service agreement.
Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful Site use, infringement, malicious interference, or knowing material misrepresentation.
12. Governing law and general terms
These Website Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where another law must apply. Before filing a Site-related claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it through written notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Nothing here prevents a person from contacting a regulator or exercising a nonwaivable right.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A waiver must be intentional and does not waive a later breach. You may not assign these Website Terms without Sweet Fuss's consent. Sweet Fuss may assign them in connection with a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience.
These Website Terms are the entire agreement concerning Site use. They are not the entire agreement for a booked service.
13. Changes to these Website Terms
Sweet Fuss may update these Website Terms prospectively. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change and applicable law. A website update does not retroactively amend a signed service agreement unless that agreement and applicable law allow it.
